The Wisdom of Experience
Robert "Bobby" Gentile, our Director of Care, lives the mission. With 15+ years of sobriety, Bobby has spent his life being the bridge to a new beginning. In recent years, he has personally guided over 700 men through recovery.
Bobby’s approach is built on relationships. Whether leading 12-step meetings, public speaking, or mentoring one-on-one, his "utmost care" is our heartbeat. He knows the road because he has walked it, ensuring no resident walks alone.

Ram provides the professional infrastructure to support that journey. With a background in real estate and IT, Ram ensures every Phoenix property is completely renovated to a premium standard. We believe a high-quality environment fosters internal change. Ram also integrates technology and automation to improve program efficiency allowing us to focus 100% of our energy on the residents.
